  Newcomer's staff made a difficult time easier. They could not have been more helpful. From pre-planning to leaving the cemetery, the staff could not have been more comforting or accommodating to our family. Mom had a very drastic change in her appearance prior to her death, the staff did an absolutely amazing job with helping her to look as she did before. This was truly a gift for our family!

  They turned a tragic and sudden event into a manageable process. They did not press us to make decisions until needed. They always took care of what we asked for very promptly and professional even when we needed more at the last minute. Cody Shafer was wonderful to work with. Thank you.

  Just wanted to leave a note here to say thank you again for all of your help during the loss of my father. It was all on short notice and we didn't know what his final wishes really were. At no time did we ever feel like we were being taken advantage of, sold a "premium plan", or forced into anything we didn't want to do. While coordinating with family out of town - Jim Hill was very patient with us while working out the details and made this entire event a success. We were very worried that Dad might not get the proper respects but we can all sleep better now knowing that he would have loved it. Your entire team was great. We were worried about how dad may look because he had been so sick but your team made him look 15 years younger and great in his suit. Covering all the angles and details also allowed my Dad to have a 21 gun Salute at his funeral to honor his time with the Army. Considering the circumstances, it was truly the best experience we could have had. Dad would have been very pleased. Thank you all again. I understand profit is a big part of any business but please NEVER stray from the level of care you showed us because every family deserves it and it means more than you can imagine.

  These people embalmed my father against our wishes. He was "accidentally" embalmed before cremation. Gross negligence.

  The Newcomer Funeral Home staff and facility was the perfect experience. Everyone was so pleasant and compassionate. I am thankful that I chose this place for my mother's funeral. The staff and directors took their time customizing a funeral fit for my mother, everything was explained and they answered all my questions, They made my family and I feel most comfortable in making selections and picking out her casket.. We received excellent service and the funeral was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Newcomer Funeral Home.
