  I cannot believe the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home! They were the only name we knew in Louisville and have great reviews. Over a month after a death in my family that Ratterman handled, we called to ask about the death certificate which was yet to arrive. They had no clue what was going on when we spoke on the phone and sounded very confused. They told us they would call back in five minutes and never called back. They then called back over 24 hours later the next day they admitted to NOT FILING THE DEATH CERTIFICATE! What the F$&%? Isn't that one of the main parts of your responsibilities as a funeral home?
  
  I hope I never have to deal with a death in my family again, but I can guarantee you that I will NEVER go to Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home again.

  In Louisville, the best funeral home is Ratterman funeral home. When my uncle passed away, we called on Ratterman Funeral home to hold the services. The employees at Ratterman were very respectful and the services were exactly what I think my uncle would have wanted. If you are ever in need of a wonderful and respectful funeral the look at Ratterman Funeral Home in St. Matthews.

  I was very impressed with how capable and understanding they were. My family was a little hard to handle but they were always understanding and compassionate.

  It was a unexpected situation that was made almost tolerable because of the staff at Rattermans. Losing someone so young and unexpectedly really tested our family. I am glad that we choose this funeral homes

  We were put into a drastic situation because of how sudden the loss of our cousin but the Rattermans helped us thru it. I really appreciate the grief support. They helped us get past a reall y bad time for our family.
