  I was extremely disappointed.
  I understand being laid-back and going to church for Christ and that what you wear is not important to pray to God.
  But for goodness sake's! Several people Smoking outside the front door of the church!??
  I was not greeted by one person.
  Not a hello, welcome, nothing!!! I arrived before it started and stayed till the end. Not one welcome! And not one goodbye or thank you for coming.
  The best part of it was was the entertainers that they had on stage singing. I will say that. The songs were deep and thoughtful.
  But the "pastor" looked at me several times, even walked by and did not speak.
  Come on now, I don't even think you have 100 people in your church to not take the time to speak or notice a new person.
  It was literally freezing cold in the place.
  Unnecessarily COLD!
  I do believe that the majority of people go to this service for the free coffee and donuts that are offered out front. I declined both.
  That was not why I came.
  Extremely disappointed. I will not come back!

  Such a welcoming environment. There are TONS of ways to get involved with our city and community, for example, helping kids at Shelby park by providing haircuts and other various needs & going through love transformations on Sunday's clothing and feeding the homeless under the bridge. There is open communion offered each Sunday, each week there is a topic to touch on that is relevant to everyone's daily lives! The band is great, the community is empowering, and the people are loving and compassionate.
